翰坤開發生產,鑽孔、攻牙、搪銑動力頭,油壓滑台,NC伺服滑台,本體材質用FC30鑄件做成，經應力消除後再搪孔加工，心軸是由合金鋼經熱處理後研磨加工，並配上NSK or SKF品牌精密軸承組裝完成，每台都經測試最高轉速，並且溫升低於20℃內，精度保持0.002m/m內，所以適合於大量生產的重切削與精密切削，並能保持精密度與使用壽命。

I. Body materials: made of FC30 casting for all of Hardy ‘s drilling /tapping spindle unit and boring & milling head units ,hydraulic slide units ,NC servo slide ,which are bored before processed of stress reliving .

II. The material of spindle shaft is made of Alloy Steel and under process of heat-treatment and assemble with NSK or SKF bearings.

III. Test and passed by it’s maximum RPM before leave factory to keep in high-precision ;turning temperature lower then 20℃.

IV. Specially suitable for factories who are combining special purpose machine units or other parts in large productions by heavy duty and high precision processing work.

V.Accuracy within 0.002mm.and long life usage.
