Application:

Semi-auto tamp labeler is designed for top labeling on small irregular shap items.

Features:

1.Japan PLC combined with Proface human / machine interface touch screen controller.
2.Japan precision 5-phase stepper motor and driver.
3.Stainless steel frame construction is standard.
4.Labeling head is adjustable for left-right, high-low positions.
5.Air consumption : 2.3 cfm at 50 psi ( 80,000 cm2/min.)

Options:

1.Hot foil printer for date-coding.
2.Transparent label sensor.

適用範圍:
本機適用不規格形狀, 無法在輸送帶上擺放, 或是貼標準度要求特別高的產品, 例如捲尺、行動電話電池、電子磁片或零配件、小型散熱風扇、刀具等產品。

特點:

1. 控制系統採用日本松下兩軸控制PLC, 搭配 Pro-Face 大型液晶顯示人機介面, 使操作簡便。
2. 日製五相微步進馬達控制出標。
3. 本機由SUS#304不鏽鋼及鋁合金製成。
4. 貼標頭部的位置可上下或左右調整。
5. 空氣消耗量 : 80,000 立方公分 / 每分鐘。
